Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Innerwear, customised items, and sale items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", select the order, and click "Request Return". You can also email us at info@fitfatfashions.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer — please provide your account details when initiating the return.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size or colour within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Exchanges are shipped at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing them. After 24 hours, or once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible — please initiate a return instead.
